Two old timers challenged each other for old times sake. This legendary match up was between Garrick Lee and Angelo Almeda.
Mano e mano. The question that hung over that battle that night was whether or not they could have a quick game of Warhammer 40k with 1500 points on both sides (or more notably, with Gelo in the game).
Garrick brought out his beautifully painted and sculpted Plague Marines.
Angelo strutted along with his Ork army and with his usual Orky antics (This includes not finishing his army's paint job completely; and yes Gelo I have not seen one yet.)
Angelo's Orks (wins) vs Garrick's Plague Marines. After all the shouting and quips and challenges thrown back and forth between the two, the game ends in around 2 hours tops. It was totally awesome to see both Veterans play a very fast game. (Oh, it should be noted that Garrick was using a 4th Ed codex vs Angelo's 5th Ed.)

After a lot of warmongering in the 40k universe, the gang then played "Talisman" from 10:pm up to 2:am the following morning.
